I see no problem with applauding stories like this, and I would never judge anyone for applauding…

I breathed a sigh of relief, but one that was tinged with guilt. The story had obviously captured my attention and I had — however mistakenly — given it claps. Didn’t the author deserve to keep them? Would I like it if people went back and revoked the claps they’d given me?
